At DECADES, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for exchanges and returns:

All Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date for a new item, different size, or store credit. Items must be in unused, unwashed, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

All sale items are final sale and non-exchangeable. Items such as one of a kind, original pieces, antique or vintage items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has arrived damaged. If an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you receive the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees but you must contact us immediately!

DECADES is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Return Policy

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

  • Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 15 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.

  • Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! DECADES is always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see a top that makes your heart stop? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if DECADES has not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that can’t miss item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at help@decades.shop and include both order numbers in your message
